I (stupidly) saw a cheapish Acyrylic nail course on the net and signed up.
The course was ok, I applied a good (ish) set of nails, learnt to pick up a ball, Apply the tip, what the tools were etc oh and of course bought a kit...but i do not feel confident to be let loose on the general public.
I practiced on my sister in law and the results were horrific.

I really want to improve my application of nails and bought the encyclopedia of nails and geegs book to study (which is fab) application has improved but i still think i need help.
Money isn't flowing that well but i don't want to make the same mistake twice.
Can anyone suggest a good course or do you think a conversion course would work? Whos best to train with? I live in Kent
Thanks

I can only recommend CND to continue your training.

You will need to contact Sweet Squared (Creative UK distributor) on 0845 210 6060 to discuss whether you could do a conversion or not. They are all very helpful and I know that there is a training academy in Kent. - HTH

Don't fret  you're not the only one who has gone the route you took.

Was your course accredited with anyone? Did you get any sort of recognised certificate?

Conversion is an option for you but the better end companies may not accept the certificate you received and insist on a proper full training course so that your standard is brought up to scratch. CND is one such company who is proud of the standard it has created and if your cert is not recognised by them, that may be your only option with CND.

However, you sound like you care and want to get the best so why not give Sweet Squared (the UK home of CND) a call on 08452106060 and discuss your wants with an Academy Adviser who will be only too happy to send you info and discuss your personal requirements.

Hello,

Don't worry! I started in a similar way to you, I didn't realise just how bad my training was untill I done the CND L+P conversion...The trainer was fantastic...I know that it seems CND,CND! but in my experiance..which is little! You might as well not waste your time with other brands....You are probably aware other companies NSI, EZ FLOW ect. Why not contact them all see how you feel. The Girls that Answer the sweet squared phones will sway it for you! They are lovley, Good luck.
