Clean n Easy or Hive roller wax???

hi peeps i am looking for opinions on roller wax?? i have been looking at hive or clean n easy WHICH 1 IS BEST?????

Also does anyone know if you can heat the hive paraffin spray wax cartidges in the clean easy roller wax heater??

Hi, I've never tried the Hive system but i have had the Clean + Easy since October and i am very happy with it. The wax heats up quickly, goes on easily with no drips, saves me time and the heater and roller heads are easy to clean.

I got it for £62 at the Professional Beauty show. I also bought extra leg cartridges for £1 each and i wish now i'd bought more at that price. Lots of people on here say you can refill them with cheaper wax from a big tub but i've not tried that yet.

Try doing a search on here as there's been quite a few threads on roller wax before.

Perron Rigot's cartridge wax knocks both of those into a cocked hat! It's far more economical, it goes on very thinly so the strips don't get clogged up so quickly (so you use fewer strips), it gets v short hair out and the cartridge holder stays hot for much longer.
My Clean and Easy system lives in the loft now!

I’ve bought Clean & Easy Roller Spa Kit recently, it’s really easy and clean. No more mess and dripping of wax.

I don’t really like their wax, hence I’ve refill with other brand of wax. OMG it’s a bit hard to refill the cartridge in the beginning, now I’m doing better. Also, I will pour the small amount left in the cartridge to top up another cartridge and refill all when have spare time. I’m using Hive 1000cc heater just for heating up the wax and then pour it into the cartridge.

I’ve never tried paraffin wax, not sure whether anybody else did.
If anyone else using Clean & Easy Roller Spa Kit, can you advise while on the same topic, that how long we can use the cartridge.

I have Perron Rigot roller wax system, i have never used any other roller wax, as i love the Perron Rigot. It goes on so thinly, heats quick and i can add heaters onto the one i have. I only use it occasionly as i prefer pot and spat. I use the ocean blue roller but there are various cartridges of wax you can use.

I have used C&E since it came out which is a long time! The thing I really love about it it the fine liners for eyebrows - just great, which other manfacturers do not seem to do. I like the original wax best but it does dry out quickly if you are not careful and I can understand that others prefer different waxes - however I factor this in when doing treatments. I have used Hive but much prefer C&E. If you are not worried about the eyebrow applicators then go for a PR.

ive just bought c+e as i do like the rollers.. fantastic.. however the wax is not all that good..

i will buy a better wax once this lots has finished to refill them but havnt decided on which wax yet..
