ok so i have had this client for around 8 months now and she has her lashes in filled every 3 weeks... BUT when i get to her she says 'oh they were fab untill yesterday then i started picking coz i knew you were coming':Scared:
WHAT??
so obv i have nothing to stick them too..... then she says she wants them thicker??????
i have told her time and again that she needs to leave them alone and follow the aftercare, but she is obviously not.
the past 2 months or so she has took to asking me to come round (at around the 12-13 day mark) asking me to do a 'few' lashes to put her on. i get the impression she is wanting this for free.
so i politely say does she want to move her in fill appointment closer, and she'll say 'oh i supppose' but moodily.

anyway another client (a mutual friend) had her lashes done today, and lo and behold , the nightmare one text me saying she will pop round while i'm there for a few lashes to keep her going til next week!!!!!!!!!!:Scared::Scared::Scared::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::Scared::Scared::Scared::Scared:

i am booked up and had another client i had to get to so i just didn't have time, i text her to tell her and she never replied...
but the mutual friend did say the ***** was NOT happy with me...
and proceded to tell me that when they went the gym, **** washed her face after her workout, and basically rubbed her eyes really roughly!!
its really bugged me coz she is blaming me and moaning coz i don't drop everything and run to her when she calls..
i have given her aftercare sheets, i constantly try to educate her but she is just not listening...
i have retailed her the mascara and make up remover for the lashes and me actually giving her a demo , what else can i do??
i don't think i can stay polite much longer i want to scream!!!!!!!!!!!!
sorry for long post guys.
any advice much appreciatted xxxxxxxxx:Love:

I woudn't do any more treatment for them, what's the point?

hey there
i feel your pain, trust me!!!! i would be very straight with this client and tell her if she wont look after her extentions and follow the given aftercare then she will need to have her infills at 2 weeks and it will cost her more money in the long run. and you cant drop everything just to put a few in for her, thats what infills are for!!!!!!
i have just had to do this with a client who keeps messing me around, it got beyond a joke. she was contantly running late (she once rang me when she was running 30 mins late to inform me that she was still shopping, eh?:evil::evil::evil:) i thought i had got through to her that she cant mess me around and then never heard from her so thought she had "dropped" me. anyway she contacted me after 8 weeks (yes 8 weeks) and asked me for a set of infills. so i said no, grow what she had left out and call me when she was ready to start over again. it very difficult because you dont want to loose any client but somtimes enough is enough. hope you get it sorted, not been much help have I? lol

yes I agree some clients are hard work at times...!:grr: You just have to be strong and stand your ground with the difficult clients, I think that they think you can just pop them in when ever they want and turn up "LATE" but you can only take so much, sometimes clients like this aren't worth keeping! It's the nice reliable ones that keep you going. x

I agree with bellalashes and I would refuse to do them again. For every client thats lost theres always another that comes along to take their place.

thanks for the replies....
good to know its not just me....
i will defo have a chat with her about the in fills every 2 weeks, that way i they should stay nice for her... and i will keep drumming the aftercare into her....
it's really hard for me to say i dont want her as a client anymore but i may have too if she carries on..
it makes me hate my job with people like these xxxxx:Love:
