What do you do when you go mobile to a clients house and they contantly use there mobile phones, i had a client today would not put her phone down i did say we'd be quicker if she turned it off in a joking way but she never did just swore everytime she got a text and than replied straight away. Also a lot of other issues with client i won't go into but was i glad to get out of their.

As irritating as it is they are the client after all!
Stay professional, stay courteous, stay calm!

the next time you see your client try and have a sign somewhere even on the bag you take with you saying please ensure your mobile phone is off as it delays the work or something:green:

Or has calla said above.

Or just pretend your too busy to see her again :green:

I generally don't mind as long as it's not interfering with the hand I am working on. A lot of my clients have children so the call or text could be important, so I think you have to allow for that.

It's worse when their phone is in their bag and they go looking for for it when you have just prepped! :irked:
