Hi!
I would like to know, where I could get CND photos/pictures to use on my website? I am a CND grand master nailtech and use CND products. Should I contact CND's "headquarters"? I have asked the local distributor several times now, but won't get any answer. Help, please!

If you contact Sweet Squared they will help you out

Sweet Squared is the UK distributor, not sure they'll be able to help this lady. They may, however, be able to put her onto CND HQ which is bound to be in the States.

S2 can help with this, they have helped me with images. Either phone them or e-mail Samantha Sweet.

Thanks! I really don't know what's going on here in my country with CND's distributor. They do answer to my other questions, but not, if I ask them a permission to use CND photos. I assume it is CND who actually owns the rights, not the distributor in Finland. So I probably should contact someone else. I really love CND and I'm getting so upset with this. I wouldn't like to change products because of this. I just don't get it, when I use CND's photos on my website and use their products, am I not helping their business too, IFKWIM? I have a nice decent website. :(

Ooops, sorry. Didn't see you weren't in the UK. Each distributor can help with this, so contact the one in your country.

I don't understand why you are getting upset about it, nobody has said you can't use the images have they? And you CAN use them if you are using their products, there are just certain guidelines to follow when doing so.

Erm, you can't use company images without their express permission...

Yes, which is why I said to contact the distributor in her country to firstly get the images needed and then get permission for using them. I sent copies of my stationary to S2 to be approved and will be doing the same with my website when finished.

That was naturally the first step I did; contacted the distributor here.
I have contacted them several times now, but no answer. And that's the main problem. Am I not good enough to use their images or what?

Just trying to think, what would be the next step? Who should I contact:confused: ?

Hiya, I really don't know what you should do next. How have you contacted your distributor? I would try another method and try to get the name of the right person you should be contacting regarding this. Good luck

hello! you are not the only one stucked with this.At the salon i work i "brought" the CND products with me. After buying a lot of new stuff(all CND ) i asked for posters-not only for free. They gave us only one,and there is no option to get another...i asked about using CND name and foto for our site and flyers..i still wait for an answer:((( this was 1 month ago.I cant promote this way the products and my work...I try now to contact the UK and US distributor to buy from there everything else i need ...You should contact the HQ in US for this issues;)

Contact - CND

Yhey are based in california the phone number for the Head Office is on the link above or email [email protected].

I contacted them and got an answer. Basically, due to strict photographer and model contract agreements, they are unable to make images available for customer use or co-op advertising programs.

OK. I understand, but still...
