Hi everyone can anyone help i need a replacememt head for my creative pro-styler brush but can not seem to find any anywere. I have phoned sweetsquared but the have informed me that they are discontinueing them and i have looked on ebay but there is none on there if anybody knows of anywhere else I maybe able to get one i would be most greatful. If not does anyone know what the size of the brush is so i may get a new brush in that size.

The Master Series brush heads are available in a 'Sculptor' and a 'Pro Styler' size, the Pro Styler is #8 and the Sculptor is a bit smaller, possibly a #6?! I have both of them, but unfortunately no spares.

No idea where else you can get them though, sorry.

Thanks for the reply and the size .

Is it Sweetsquared in Leeds you called? If they have none available at the moment, call us, we are the Scottish Sub-distributor, we do have stocks of replacement heads. 0131 333 3180.

How come they are being discontinued? I only bought mine this year, please dont tell me I spent a fortune on a brush that I can no longer get replacement heads for?!

Does anybody know if they are def being discontinued?
I too have purchased one having been told how good they are and that more importantly you can get replacement heads without having to buy ther whole brush again!

Ali

Best to contact Sweet Squared for the most accurate info. HTH'S

Hi all I phones sweet squared i think it must of been the leeds number and they told me that they were discontinuing them and that they had some sculpter head left but no pro styler heads , but i have just rang the Scottish Sub-distributor and got myself a new pro styler head they only have three left and i got one should be here tomorrow.

OH PANTS!! Got this new brush on my list for after christmas.
Will have to check it out now

Sorry but this is ridiculous. I cannot believe they are discontinuing the brush heads. Is there going to be some sort of replacement or do we have to go back to those clear plastic ones that go all gammy after a while?! Aaaarrggggghhhhhhhhhh! I am so CROSS! First they cut the polish colours down now this?!

Rant over.

Thought I would update this, as I spoke to someone at SS the other day who told me that the reason the brush heads have been discontinued is because the supplier put the prices up so much they would not have been able to sell them!!! Massive shame. I hope they find something similar that is affordable because I am really going to miss my brush!

I ordered a sculptor head (they sent me a whole brush but that's a different matter!) but its too small and rounded for me.

Can anyone recommend a brush that is the same as the pro-styler? I like the size and the flat edge it has. I am considering getting the crystal one they do but I have had those before and I find the handle gets all gooey looking after a while....

Thanks x

It's gooey because it's got monomer on it, which means you are getting it on your hands and creating an over exposure hazard for yourself. Try your very best not to get monomer up the shaft. However, cos I used to (hem hermm) have the same problem  I read on here someone had posted a tip where you covered the shaft in gel, and then cured it. As the gel isn't affected by the monomer, no more sticky brush. I haven't tried it, so do it at your own risk. However that doesn't solve the overexposure hazard.......

Good idea...you also may like to try cleaning the handle of the pro-styler with a cotton pad and Scrubfresh, if you do this regularly...no more sticky residue:)

OOOOH good idea!

I have to say I haven't used the crystal brushes for at least a year, so I am sure my over exposure problems don't exist anymore, but I didnt realise that is why they went all gooey.

Thanks:green:

Scotlands run out.
Please Sam - can you get any? What would be the price as you obviously have the demand?

I bought one on my Masters now I'm gonna have to buy a heap of heads  if I can get them that is!
