Hi, does anyone know if Nails, Nail Art - BEAUTY FOR NAILS - Supplier of Nails, Nail Art, Salon Beauty Supplies (also known as creativenailplace.com) are still trading as i placed an order for some top coats with them 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. More annoying is that the money came out straight away and I've tried phoning and emailling over 20 times!! I paid on debit card not credit card so don't know where i stand with getting my money back? Any help gratefully received x

I dont know, but I cant see why they wouldnt be.

As to your credit or debit card, I would imagine that the safety would be the same, but you could check with your bank.

Their web page is still up and running... why don't you give them a quick ring and query your order with them .. they should be able to eleviate any conserns. :hug:

Tried ringing and ringing and it's either a message saying phone lines are having a technical problem or I'm on hold for ages and never answered!!! Emails are never answered! Very strange! Don't order from them!

Hi there, i just wanted to ask if anyone had recently placed any orders with this company? I have used them in the past and have received my products but I placed my order on 7th May and still have received nothing! I have used the tracker on their website but there is nothing in my order status. I have emailed, faxed and spent 2 hours on their automated customer service line and now when I call they say they are having technical difficulties. I actually want to cancel my order but they have taken the money from my account which I feel is unacceptable, really quite worried that they may have gone bust.. can anyone shed any light on this as I live in Greece and my phone bill is going to be huge.. thanks :irked:

I placed an order on the 20th may received it on the 23rd, but they closed for holidays from the 23rd may to the 1st june (inclusive) i tryed the wedsite today but can't get it up..xx

i subscribed to the scratch ma on the 22nd may as yet i've not recived any. i have emailed but no reply....

think i will have to chase a bit more than emailing.

hope it's not true that they have ceased trading.

With regards to scratch ordered from them you wont get anything until july's issue as the cut off point for the next months is the 15th of the month, as you ordered on the 22nd of may it is too late for mays and junes so you wont get one until july. HTH.

A.) If you order your magazine before the 10th of the month you will receive the next months subscription. i.e. If you placed your order on the 5th August you will receive Septembers issue. If you order on the 15th August your will receive Octobers issue.

Straight from the website. Scratch is issued at the start of the month I just got my Junes issue today, I would give it a couple of days hun.

Sorry folks I am totally confused here....what is this thread actually about??

The title reads like a website....then it complains about another website, which seems not to have delivered...

Then some reassuance is given, then (I think) we are talking about Scratch and has it ceased trading !!!!!!!

I think that is where I really lost it ...then we are talking about when to suscribe to get our Scratch mag....

Now a website is up and running!!!!!....BUT WHICH ONE........ AAAAAARGH........

Seriously....we need to be more explicit in our posts....and start a new thread if the subject matter totally changes......for the hard of thinking amongst us!!!!!( which would be me lol)

I think Izzi is right here, it has gone off topic a little. Initially someone was asking about Beauty for Nails (AKA Creativenailplace) but then it deviated.

I think the question has been asked an hopefully answered now and this will only serve as information so no need to be kept open.
