I'm thinking of switching to Dermalogica for my skin as my course has a salon which sells it and was wondering if anyone else has used their products and if they are worth using. Thankyou.
loads of people recommend it and they used to se in in the salon i worked in ,but he beautician applied some to myforehead and i had a burn mark for days ,so it doesnt agree with everyone!
I originally trained using dermalogica products, I have used the range myself now for several years after spending loads of money chop changing from things like decleor, clarins ect. I now also use range on my teenage daughters who both have more sensitive skin than mine and have had great results! When i have used the products in the salon i have always had positive feedback, with the majority of clients buying the products to take home to use on a daily basis . So all in all i would say yeh worth giving it a go !! hope this helps !!X
Dermalogica haven't become one of the best known and most popular professional skincare ranges for nothing. They consistently receive rave reviews and feedback. Just remember that whatever range you choose there will be some people it isn't suited for.
hi i have used dermalogia but find decleor better for sensitve skin as the rose oil is 100% natural and i have never treated a client in 12 years who has reacted to in , in fact most people are so happy when they use decleor as they have been choping and changing for years .
Agreed regarding the Decleor Rose D'orient Aromessence & Balms. Where Decleor are great for sensitive skins is the inclusion of plant extracts to block & reduce the sensitivity reaction, unlike some skincare ranges that simply make plain products so as not to aggrevate the condition Decleor actually makes a treatment for it, and it works!
Always the best way to evaluate some products. I'd suggest though that you see a Dermalogica therapist for Face Mapping to ensure you get the right products for your skin. If you try out the wrong products you won't fully appreciate the quality of the range.
Give them a ring at dermalogica, they are very helpful and will send you testers of specific products if you ask. I have been in touch with Belinda and she always has time to go over any concerns you may have. x
Dermalogica is just ok, I worked with it and used it too. I think they are so popular due to clever marketing. I'd say if you really want your skin to look it's best go for Environ, but buy it only from authorised stockist.
dermalogica can be expensive to set up but i have been working with the products for a while now and i can honesly say they do have clever marketing they dont have any fancy packaging but they do what they are meant to do. the great thing with this skin care range is that there is always ongoing training days which cost nothing. you can even attend the same class more than once. this can make a difference as gaining more product knowledge and practicle experience can make you a better therapist ensuring your client gets the best from you and the products. you also get help with advertising costs and special discount to help you.
