i have a client who is very demanding who only ever appears to be ok with her nails never happy! She makes me feel so unhappy and nervous. Almost as if she knows better i'm not trained in forms yet but when she broke a nail she made me use a form because she "didn't want that suck on her nail" how can i put across that i'm in charge not her!

She must like you and your work because she keeps on coming back :D You need to be strong, assertive and confident hunny, you're the one who's done the training at the end of the day

i don.t know if that even is the case as she used to have her nails done by the salon owners and they've never experienced her rudeness i can't help thinking shes just making do and that when she can she'll ask to go back to another technician it sounds so pathetic but i worry and dread her coming shes coming this week because shes not happy cos two nails have pocket lifted but surely thats not definately my fault as that occurs if nails dry out?

Where did you do your training hun?

Pocket lifting can occur when nails are not correctly prepped or because of tips not correctly fitted and things.

If this lady is likely to suffer from pocket lifting I would prep two nails at a time before applying your product rather than all 5-10 in one go.
