just wondered if anyone knows where i can download a disclaimer form from, and what sort of thing needs to go on there?

Hi

If you go onto www.designernails.co.uk and look in the nvq section there is loads of information you will find very beneficial.

At the top of the page is a search button just put in key words and it will find you loads of posts about it hope all goes well.
