thank you in advance:lol:

Why not telephone the number on the Excel website for parking enquiries. That way, you will get the correct information.

I think I paid £10 last year- which is a rip off.
Does anybody know any cheaper alternative of parking?

Hi
Last year I paid £10 also.

Yesterday we went to the wedding show there and paid £10 for 3 hours!
That was in the underground car park as the big one in front of excel was closed.

I think you could park around the area and walk in, but not sure where. Plus if you buy lots or heavy things you dont really want a long walk back to your car!

The DLR runs there too so that would be a cheaper option.

I agree its too expensive for a car park, its extra expensive to go this year being as you have to pay to get in as well, its not as if you get goodies and freebies like how it was years ago, or even products etc VAT free.

Same here I paid £10 parking, don't think I will go this year as £20.00 to get in & then and extra £10.00 for parking it works out to be an expensive day out. A lot of the suppliers will be doing Vat Free days around this time so I will be spending my £30.00 with them, I know it wont be as fun but i just refuse to pay the entry fee.

Sorry going off on one here, back to the point sometimes they do a park and ride service which is normally free.
