Has anyone ran a competition on Facebook as I have read its against the rules to use it for competitions.

Any ideas

I didn't do a competition as such but gave away a treatment once I had received 100 likes and so on....

It is against Facebook rules to run any form of promotion which needs people to do something on your page to be entered, ie. like, post, share your page etc.

I have done them ... I get them to tag me and.all.my details on a status... Maybe answering a question too ..and choose winner on most likes/ funniest etc and.I always get at least 10 freind request too after it works xx
