Hi everyone,

Just wondering if you could advise me on which facial course to take i have been looking on the net and everything seems so long winded and expensive i have found a day course witha company called gateway workshops??? Has anyoen heard of these and could you please give me some advice at which course to choose.

Thanks fellow Geeks :confused::confused::confused::confused:

A day??? please don't tell me you think its possible to learn how to do facials in one day????

I did a gateway course in pregnancy massage and learnt nothing I didn't already know. I would do the longest course available as there is a lot to cover. :hug:

Without meaning any offence if you think the courses are to long winded and expensive then I don't think facials are for you there is so much to learn its unbelievable and even some of the intensive courses don't cut it imo.

I can't get my head round a one day course, I really can't.

Most product training courses are longer than a day let alone a full facial training course. I just don't see how you can even scratch the surface with these one day courses.

I know some people will argue that they cover the basics then its up to the student to cover all the theory at home etc, but even if you take the theory out of the equasion you still can't even come close to learning the practical in a day.

Looking at it from a business point of view do you think a client would rather go to a therapist with a few hours of training behind them or a therapist that has been to college and has hours and hours of practical and theory experience behind them.

Seriously don't waste your money on a one day course.
