Would like to congratulate the Glasgow centre as well as sending my gratitude for the excellent customer service I received yesterday.

Long story short I had a problem with my lamp as everyone will appreciate one week before Christmas is a disaster.

returned it to the centre dealt with in a lovely courteous way and I am no longer stressed and able to deal with the madness that we call Christmas lol
