French manicure refresher courses in south east

I hope i'm posting in the right place i am desperate to find some refresher course mainly for beauty, but especially for my french manicure. i have recently had a baby well he is nearly a year. but my confidence has gone completely and business has slowed to a halt. i would appreciate any advice and help after i have gained my confidence back i would aslo love to learn nail exstentions so any advice on that would great
