Gel on acrylic

Would I encounter any problems using pow gel for my smiles on top of acrylic. I have a client who likes to have polish and french so would be easier to file off pow gel before applying polish..xx

why don't you just use a white enamel..and paint the french on the L&P as you would natural nails...?

gel can be used over L&P just make sure the L&P surface is finished to a 180 so the gel has something to adhere too.

Make sure you cap the free edge or it might chip...

Thanks for replies. Not my strong point french polish although working on it lol, can do the smiles lines but tends to look streaky although at college it was perfect..xx

so can you do smiles with gel...? i find it easier with gel than enamel.

I find it a lot easier with gel even more so than acrylic, love doing french nno but panick when get asked for french polish lol..xx

i use my nsi brush on white over acrylics as this is one of its uses,it works fine.x
