Gel top coat

I am trying to find a gel topcoat to go over my pink and whites. I tried the ibd shine gel top coat but when you remove the sticky layer it just looks dull. I was hoping to find a brush on topcoat. Any recomendations?

I find gelish top it off works well

Not sure which one it is but double check because ibd do a gel top coat that doesn't need the sticky removing.
And it's really shiny x

I have the ibd intense seal. Thats what i am using. Are you not suppost to wipe it off?

It should give a glass finish with no tacky residue xx
