Getting stubborn eye and lip makeup off

Hello I’ve recently started doing facials, I’m getting better and I can get all of the facial makeup off however, only on certain clients, I find it difficult getting mascara and lip stick off. I scrub and scrub and end up being too harsh and don’t get anywhere. Any tips?

It's not just facials where stubborn mascara is a nuisance. Eyelash tinting has the same problem.

I use cotton wool pads that have warm water on them rather than cold. Apply the product onto the pad and leave them in contact with the eyes for a few moments and should be a bit easier for you. That way it seems to melt the offending mascara away.
