On the **** tube, I have watched an infomercial trying to sell a steam mop. Watching them work with it, looks great. I totally want to buy it. But, have any of you bought it? If so, what do you think? I hate getting my hands all wet and dealing with chemicals. Steam makes so much sense! Plus, who wouldn't like instant dry floors??? Plus I hate to invest in something, that looks good, but really isn't. Thanks in advance!!!:green:

I have the "steam buggy" a pull along steam cleaner and use it on my kitchen and bathroom and its great, you should see the grease that comes off my so called clean kitchen cabinets (I usually wipe them down with a commercial cleaner) and my bathroom tiles just gleam after a good steam. I have oak floors so have not tried it on them but it works on the lino in the bathroom. It also works to clean the fabric on my dining room chairs. I also use it to steam my materesses a couple of times a year. It was well worth the money.

I bought a steam n clean machine from QVC or another shopping channel (I can't quite remember). It's great and I clean my salon floor with it as the tanning overspray gets ingrained into the vinyl flooring and usually needed scrubbing regularly. The steamer lifts it and leaves the floor almost dry - fantastic. It's also good for shower doors, tiles and laminate flooring.
Go for it.............:)

Oooh I really want one now!!! I have seen the steam cleaners on QVC and they look fab but i was wondering if they really worked. They were saying about all the bacteria lurking on your toothbrush  - and then blasted the toothbrush with the steam! OMG I would be steaming absolutely everything. :green:

Thanks for the replies! Yeah, I think that is what hubby is buying me for Valentines day! No, I take it back....I'm buying it for myself for Valentines. He'd better send flowers along with a romantic dinner!:cool:
