Help my tent has burst!!!!!

Got a bit of an emergancy opened my tent up to do a tan and it has a rip along the bottom side!! tried to tape it and the tape doesnt stick to it , Ive only had it about 5or6 weeks! and after having it about a week the zip broke on the carry bag so it was unuseable and now my tent has burst. anyone know how i can fix this asap ? didnt fancy sewing it as the material didnt look sewable to me HELP!xx

send it back in to us and we will happily replace it :hug:

you wrap it up in something like a dust bin liner...we send you a new one and pick up the old one...will be with you on Monday ...job done:hug:
