Hallo

Lat week i went on my Brisa class, and now i am sitting here strugling with the CMB colors, i can´t get the Cool Pink Opaque to hide my natural nail, it is still very much visible under the gele, what im i doing wrong?? Ore due you have a good tip for me i can use??

Charlotte

Yes and no, if you see the nails in real, then you can still se my natural nail under the gel, i don´t think that you can see it very clearly on the picture

Mmmmm maybe build in lots of layers....???

I do find that even the opaque gels don't completely cover my natural uneven free edge.
I do apply in several layers but to achieve full coverage they are just too thick.
I too would like to know if there is answer to this problem

Just bumping this up, would realy be glad for some help on this :)

Heather Davis has just given me a recipe for this
1 part cool pink opaque
1 part soft white
dot of red
dot of purple 1/2 part silver frost

I'm going to give it a go:)

WOW that sounds good, i will give it a go to, thank you Adele

I am sure i read on here somewhere about GMG saying if you sandwich a thin layer of soft white between coats of pink it covers perfectly...???

I have been thinking about that, maybe i should give it a try also, thank you :)

found it...

Apply a base layer of Clear or Pink, then apply a layer of soft white. Then build with Warm or Cool Pink and it will give you great coverage. As great as custom blending with powders? No, but pretty freaking close.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Great, i love this Brisa and would be sad if it could not cover the nail completly :)

Thank you all for thanking the time to help a desprate new Brisa tech :Grope:

I was just about to post, and Adele gave you geeks my recipe lol.

I find making the coverage gel itself saves me time and energy building layers, added to the fact that I just LOVE mixing color in general lol...

Make sure to post pics so we can see how it went for you all :)
XOXO

uhh... i don´t think i am up for that Heather, posing a picture in this forum whit all you super professionelle techs, it is only 2 weeks since i have been on my Brisa course ;)

But thats the BEST way to learn silly ;)

okay okay you are right Heather, i am just so chicken, when i comes to showing my work, so please remember it is only a month ago i was on the Brisa course

You are hilarious. I think you are not confident enough of your work- this set is BEAUTIFUL.

I have not a bad thing to say about it actually :)

Nice work.

Hey and a quick note on my recipe for a CB Gel: add a dot of yellow to the mix, it makes the color SUPER natural. I am wearing it right now as a matter of fact. Anyone wants to see it, I will post pics in my photo albums. :)

Thank you Heather you are so nice to me i realy am a chicken i know that :)

So a dot of yellow to the CMB mix, you mean to the CMB mix you gave me ore just in general to the opaque mixes??
