hive protective collars

Hi

This is probably be the most stupid question you may have ever come across.

Right i have two 1000cc HIVE Heaters and I have been searching for protective collars for waxing. On Beauty Express they do sell protective collars but only for 500cc? Is there any other collars that I could buy which suits 1000cc HIVE heaters?

I have checked the HIVE website and it is the same. Wonder why this is?

Can anyone tell me if 500cc protective collars can fit the 1000cc?

I have never used them personally however have seen them on wax pots. At a guess I would say they are probably the same size, as my 500c and 1000c wax pots are only different in depth and not the opening at the top (which is where the covers go).

You can also tear them can't you and fit them round the top if you need to?

Oh right, i didn't realise, i thought 500cc was much smaller in dimension.(on top)

I use Perron Rigot empty tins in my
1000cc heater. They also sell protective collars that fit them perfectly.

Both the same size collar, its the depth of the wax pot that varies.
