I can't find the right weaves

My friend decided she wants Tina Turner's exact hairstyle from the mid-eighties. I've already told her that the maintenance is not worth it and it will take me like two days to sew all the weaves in. I'm having trouble finding weaves with the right texture. Tina's were very thick, wavy, and no doubt heavy. Does anyone know where I can find anything like them or very similar?
