I got bored.....look what I got up to!

I bought a new diary (as you do) for the new year, but the only suitable one I found was black. Well if anyone knows me, knows that I like life with a little more colour and sparkle!
I got bored the other day so I thought I'd make my boring black diary abit more interesting!
Here is the result;

My diary is certainly a talking point now! Its been getting lovely comments when Ive been booking repeat appointments.
I know its not everyones cup of tea, but what do you guys think?

I had one client say "you could sell those!"
I'm thinking my phone is next! lol

I've done some 3d flowers on my lighter and had some rhinestone flowers on my old mobile phone - but they now look very poor in comparison to your diary!!

I think it's nice to work on a different canvas every now and again!!

It actually didn't take that long really!
Its easier to form the flowers etc as you are working on a larger scale than you would on nails.
It filled a couple of hours whilst the hubby was watching old episodes of Dr.Who! lol.

I usually airbrush mobile phone cases (you know the ones you clip on) but now i'm put to shame!

It was a matt leather effect diary before I started! lol

As for the fish, i scetched the design out 1st, using my pet fish as a model then used that as a template.

I think its fantastic and it shows of your artistic skills, I'd want one if them to sell, I'm one of those people that like unusual pads and pens.
