Hi geeks really need your help here.

Tonight i had my first client for infills gel. I asked her if the place who origionally done her nails (NSS) used acrylic or Gel she said she wasnt sure so i said were they using a Uv lamp to cure your nails she said yes so i said well they are gel.

But ive just realised with L&P you can use a uv lamp and now im thinking were her nails L&P as Nss salons usually use this rather than gel.

Do you think it was gel or L&P and if it was L&P have i made a mistake by infilling them with gel?

Couldn't tell you with out seeing them and having a go at filing them what they were, but don't worry its fine to use gel over L&P

Phew thank you so much nearly got myself into a huge panic there :hug:

Bless you, I have a lot of people asking me for gel infills then when I see them I go "these are L&P" and they say "no they told me they were gel" but it was just L&P with a gel top coat, so I infilled and they were fine.

i get that alot, people say they are definately silk and not l&p but when i get the silk out theyve never seen it before!:irked:

I wouldn't worry about it at all, could you not tell at all which they were? A gel infill over L&P won't do any harm anyway. xx
