We recently hired a stylist from another salon because she just wasn't happy there. She is absolutely wonderful and she has 24 years experience. When the salon she was leaving found out she was quitting, they fired her. As a result, many of her clients do not know where she is and for whatever reasons, have decided to stay and support the other salon. This is fine, but now we have this amazing stylist with very few clients.

How do we build her up?

We've done radio, newpaper, gift vouchers, referral programs.... It has improved over the past 3-4 months and many of the new clients and walk-ins that have been booked with her are coming back. But it is long and slow and sporatic.

Is there anything else you can suggest to help boost her clientele?

a introductory offer. . 10 percent off voucher in the paper in the month of february for her . . x
