The wifi tethering is very easy I promise And if you have BTinfinity then I think from memory you can use the BTfon and BTopenzone hotspots too... I tend to use mine at places like pizza express and other places that have free wifi when out and about. until I find a good payment option for "in the field" then I doubt I will be doing much tethering in this line of business

Btfon and open zone is RUBBISH! It just doesn't do what it's supposed to do so that's why I recommend 3G as even the iPhone tethering option can be slow and use up loads if ur data on ur Fone if you've got a limited plan!
