Hi everyone....I have a chair renter who in my eyes is not being very professional. She constantly moves/cancels clients to suit her. She is often late, leaving us to apologise to her clients and make excuses. Yesterday she did not turn up, her first client waited 40 minutes then left.....She obviously phoned clients from home and moved them yet again but did not think to tell me she wasn't coming in which I feel is a total lack of respect! To top it off she has managed to earn my salon it's only 1* review for not being there! I can not let her affect my salons good name. Opinions please x
 
Get rid?
 
You don’t need contractors like that affecting the reputation of your salon. I would give notice.
