Japanese straightening

hi there has anyone done many of these? im using shiseio crystallizing straight and find the results good although a bit dry on the ends the clients hair i did it on was fine and wavy.

I didnt get instructions with my product so have had to research to find them. If anyone has the manufactures instructions for this produt i would appreciate it
