Lash Aftercare sheet

Hi I wondered if any geeks have an aftercare sheet that they give to clients, something quite concise. I have been trying to put one together but am finding I am probably writing a bit too much.

If anyone has one that's short and to the point that you wouldn't mind sharing I would greatly appreciate it?
