When you have paler skin and want to go dark dark, the best thing you can do is keep applying regularly I'd suggest once a week alternating with say a 10% and a 12% , your less likely to go orange that way and you can really stay on top of the fade off. Remember to exfoliate between applications and purchase a retailing cream version of the tan of your tan which you can use to mend bits that fade off quicker at home. Moisturize regularly and hopefully you'll get your desired effect. xxx

thank you for the advice!! i will definitely try this :) XX

One of my fellow cullen clan! lol
Yes I am really pale, white-blue! I found Xen Tan to be a really good colour, Trialled many tans looking for something darker and turned my self tango a few times :lol: But I have been using Organics 14% and its still brown no orange at all, fade off differs I have really dry skin sometimes even with oil free moisturiser evey day then a good dose of oil if needed night before tan. Sometimes fade off is perfect sometimes awful!
I think Tan developers should be trying to make a dark tan that is perfect for us pale folks! lol hth xx

Thank you so much for replying!! I am going to try and get some samples of xen tan and see how it goes :) i find alot of solutions which have developed on my skin look perfect for about 2 days then start to go very orange during the fade off :-( i think im going to try and cut down to lighter tans and leave being really dark for nights out lol !! xx

Anybody got any pics of laurens way 8% lying around?
Want to try it out, have a sample, nervous I'm going to look like a TOWIE star x

I went to Lauren's Way salon a few weeks ago. I had a 12% tan and found it to be really nice. It looked very natural, and lasted well.

On the other hand, the room where the spray tanning took place was awful! However that is a completely different matter.

got new samples of tantrix, this is 10% allstar

I think so it was one of my clients, who is naturally pale I'll attach a pic with me I had washed it off for sure! (excuse the cheesy smile & xmas tree! lol) you can see how white I am in the Xen tan pic  Do you do 2coats? I always do 2, the 2nd I set the gun lower (almost like a misting) but find that makes it slightly darker, but no point 2 full sprays as it wont absorb and fade off its bad, I've tried it lol xx

Lovely colour! And such a gorgeous dress can I ask where you got that please?Xx

WOW love this thread, I recently trained so still in practising mode atm, and trying out several samples.

I tried LA Tan the other day I found it to be extremely orange, and it seemed to develope alot after wash off.

My partner had nouvatan on him in 10% and looked better, Im going to try nouvatan and suntana on him tomz :) he said i can do his back in half of each to see how they compare lol.

This is a lovely colour, do you know what are there other tans are like? Is it only purchased through Enhance Direct?

Thanks Gemma

Here's a little mixture of all Nouvatan shades! Haha! Just noticed it on my arm... I'm guessing it was from when I cleaned my tent on Sunday, must have rubbed my arm down it... Haha oopps! ImageUploadedBySalonGeek1337034778.285716.jpg

Haha my arm looks massive... Looks more like a leg :-/ lol

Random post I know, haha but made me chuckle when I looked at my arm!
