I have tried to do a search on this, but no luck.

I already do Lash Perfect individual eyelash extensions & the cluster lashes but have come across these "Marvel Lash Express lashes" & wondered if anyone who does them can tell me a bit about them?
I picked up a leaflet on them at Capitals, which basically says "its a new treatment, quick & easy to learn, takes a minimum of 20 minutes to apply, promises long luscious lashes that last for 7-10 days"
So I am guessing its somewhere between the cluster lashes & the Lash Perfect lashes but not sure :irked:
Does anyone do these lashes?

Love Emma x:hug:x

Sounds like they could be similar to the Blink & Go. xx

Yep definitely the same as Blink & Go lashes. Look on the Nouveau website that will give you a bit more info, but I warn you training is £2,500 (yes £2,500) its salon exclusive!!!! Ummmm! Now gonna look up and see what other companies do.

Wow £2,500 - that is loads!
You would have to do tons of lashes to get that money back!

The Marvel Lash Express training cant be anywhere near that price!

So how excatly are these lashes applied?

They are done by placing 6 - 10 eyelashes as you normally would but spaced evenly they act as anchors then drag other lashes from the root of an anchor to the top of the next anchor all going one way then the same again going the other way so you have a criss cross effect then just slot other lashes in any gaps its that easy. You don't have to worry about glue cos you just cover any bulk with other lashes thats why they call it express. They have to be removed after approx 2weeks though. HTH

I think AH Francis do express lashes too.

Hi guys I done a Marvel lash extension course yesterday at my local sallys store it cost £205 for the day , we learnt how to apply eyelash extensions and where shown the express technique at the end of the lesson was pretty easy , thing is client will need to get them removed as apposed to them falling out naturally .Contact sallys see if they are doing a course near you .
Hope this helps :)

did they pass you on the same day
xx

Yep pass you the same day if you are good :) if U need more attention then u can go back and do the course again for free also provide on going support via email .

Hi Emma
I did a Marvel Lash course last week.
As you are a qualified lasher you would pick it up straight away I found it very difficult and feel for a total beginer you do need alot more training but I did have some marvel lashes put on they are not nearly as nice as the flirties infact they are quite hard & uncomfotable I need to have them removed asap perhaps it may be the glue that was used but am not happy about the course as it is not for anyone without previous experience with extensions even though I have done eyelash tinting the course is not for l beginers  I will be looking at other courses now,the sooner the better before I loose my confidence

Hi Rachel,
Sorry to hear that, I think you should get in touch with the company, as they shouldnt allow you to come out of a course feeling the way you do, they should make sure everyone is up to a high standard. I can imagine you have spent a lot on the course as well! Do you think you would feel more confident doing them if you did lots of models? Marvel lash might arrange for you to do another course.
I do lash perfect lashes and love them, I would highly recommend the company to train with. Prior to doing this course I only used to do the stick on cluster lashes which is what I learnt at collage, so I never had any previous experiance with semi-permanent lashes.

Hi Emma
Thanks so much for your reply & yes they did say I could return to do another course but in the meantime will look at some other courses with different companys as you have recommened,& buy a dvd tutorial but then its all down to models & practice, you have made me feel better I just hope that I can get the ones I have on removed asap have used eye bath, drops gel pads but my eyes all swollen !! cant find any Marvel Lash lashers in my area:suprised:Will keep you updated
Love
Rachel

Be careful when removing them yourself with out the right remover. Maybe try and soak a couple of cotton pads with baby oil and lay them on your eyes, as oil disolves the glue! x
