Got a bit of a mystery............. Had no problem at all with bubbles until a couple of months ago after a battle with trying to stop getting them, they came back getting progressively worse and tried everything.

Then was talking to fellow techs about expensive mistakes and letting monomer get too hot and it setting like jelly......... so me being me took a while to twig, but could extreme changes is temp have caused a problem with my liquid to cause these bubbles? I have been guilty of forgetting it and leaving it in my boot where it had got too hot/cold :o (Monomer was not too hot/cold when i was actually having the problems, so some sort of chemical change?!?!?!)

I actually got a new brush and dappen dish and monomer the same day and tried my new kit out and hey presto no more bubbles :) so now wondering what could have solved the problem?!?!?!?! Probably seems daft asking as the problem is solved but would like to no for future ref???

Thanks for your thoughts in advance :D

Well yes changes can occur when the product is not kept in an ambient temperature. Think about it ... product gets too hot, product starts to evaporate and get thicker .. chemical change .. something vital has evaporated out of your monomer ..it is no longer the same monomer so it is not going to react in the same way. Good lesson for all of us to learn that products need to be kept as per the MSDS for that product...
follow COSHH rules for safe handling and problems should be few. x

Thankyou for that knew you would sort me out :) monomer being well looked after now :) x
