Moving to the Canary Islands - advice please!

Hi geeks!

I am moving to fuerteventura in october this year, I have a number of beauty guild diplomas and a city & guilds in makeup.

Have built up a good client base here in the uk doing eyebrows etc. at evenings & weekends.

Wondering if anyone has taken this sort of business abroad and if they have any tips or advice?

I know a few geeks did mention about moving to Spain and unless you spoke to the language (not sure if you do) you basically struggled to get a lot of trade.

You obviously have the ex pat community but I don't think Fuertaventura has as large ex pat community compared to the other islands or mainland Spain.
