It's fab we all have good and bad days I always feel pants when I'm having a bad week! And others are being mega good 😳

I've been using the app for a week and lost 6lbs so far!! I find keeping under 1000cals easy it's the sugars I always go over on!, I think I'm been health having mainly fruit but there is soon much sugars in it!! I have the app on my phone and iPad so I have no excuse not to zap anything I eat!

Strange I found it by just typing my fitness pal in the search. The full name is calorie counter and diet tracker by myfitnesspal HD

Type myfitnesspal all one word into search in app store it's the first one that comes up also says calorie counter x
