Hi

i would like to know if it is posible to due som 3D nail art in gel, like we can due with the L&P?? If so does anyone have a link to a site with pictures and mayby step by step??

no you can't...

what you can try to do is use a really thick gel and try out but...
-they are not colored, or not well colored
-the color range is like... red blue yellow
-you cannot mix them to create new tones as they're too thick
-you cannot have the same precision as there is always some gel following your damn brush
-the time you cure it it's kinda melt down

boo gel nail art 3d craps!

there are some things you can do in 3d with gel, see my website for some examples and tutorials.

it's not real 3D and it is not wearable like a l&p 3d can be imo...

still it's nice

it's not real 3D
It's real...

ah, thankyou.

obviously gel has some limitations, it certainly isnt quite as versatile as liquid and power acrylic, but there is still quite a lot you can do with it.

its all about exploring the possibilities and pushing the boundries.

i'll be adding more tutorials when time allows, i really like doing them.

With the tree basic colors red, blue and yellow you can mix all colors, Brisa´s bolds collection is not a sculp gel and they are very easy to mix, so don´t know what gel you are useing, but no problem with Brisa here....

ok so my bad, i meant the thick gels that suppoed to be for 3 D gels, they do exist, and they are in 5 colors actually, red, blue, yellow, black, green.

i wasNOT talking about any flat color gel, like brisa or any other, many brands have these.

and i am sorry for the kind of orchid, to me it is not as "living" as a l&p one can be. still, congrats to do something like that, but it still cannot stand the comparision to my eyes.

Yes, but you can mix the brisa clear sculp with the colors and then get a thick gel, you need very little of the colors to get color in the gels so they won´t be thin to work with :)

I know this kind of mixing, it's still far from the thickness of those 3D nail art gels that I've seen!! you cannot enter the gel with a brush!
