I know there are some on salon geek and ive looked at them but im wondering if anyone knows of anymore.

Thanks

Hiya,
Why dont you have a look on youtube, I'm sure I've come across some on there, or failing that have a look at some nailart gallerys for inspiration, I've got one saved on my favourites, but its not a tutorial,

I will be back with the link  xx

I've put some links in for you, there not necessary tuorials, but maybe inspiration is the key too, I can't find my best one yet, but will add it when I find it, I've got so much junk saved that I lost it lol

Gwad!! The woman's an artist!!

I was wondering the same thing about the paints. They look like sets of regular acrylic paint. I think I'll have to get my acrylic paint out just to have a play and see what happens :green:

Oh hang on, I've noticed the tutorial is called aqua painting... is she using water paint?? Hmmmm ??

ditto, never seen this type of paint before...i´m curious about aswell since it must be more pleasent to work with. But how fast would it dry?? Would love to know aswell though

i would think its an acrylic paint of some type, otherwise there would be some resistance to the surface and it wouldnt work.

ive just never seen acrylic paints come in this type of format before. i have seen stencil paints that are a creamy consistency though and they were acrylic based.

i'm going to the nail show in orlando later this week, and near the place where i stay is a big michaels art store so i think i'll go and check out what they have on offer, coz i've certainly not seen anything like them locally.

As to the responce to the paints used, Ive no idea, I should imagine as they state aqua painting, well this would apply to acrylics too, as acrylics will stick to most surfaces, as for them being in a pan like watercolours, well I've never seen any before ?
I've just looked on her website to try and find some more info, but I cant :(, www.diamant-beauty.com

I should imagine though, that as they are in small pans, then you would be able to make a creamy consistancy with them, like you can for normal watercolours.
If anyone finds any, please let us know  x

Hi,

One of the most trendy and popular nail decoration techniques today is nail art. This form of art is not confined to drawing patterns and pictures on nails but it is much beyond that. Nail art comprises of various nail adornments and products to change the appeal of the nails and make them look rocking. The fashion world today is predominated with a wide array of nail accessories ranging from small dots and geometric patterns.
