Nailfresh trick

Hi.. there nail geeks,i am new to this site and would welcome info on the nailfresh trick. I have been trying this out with some success but could do better, could anybody tell me exactly what to do and the best brush to use, i have been using a precision detail nail art brush .. is there a better brush.

I have always used a pro styler to do the nail fresh trick and have never had any problems
