Nails FAQ ?????

Hi All

I would like to ask you all what FAQ's you get regarding nails, manicure, pedicure, l&P, Gel etc etc....

I would like to know the sort of technical Q's you get asked as well as common questions that may sound obvious to trained nail techs but not always obvious to the client.

Ie: Is Acrylic safe......Will enhancements damage my nails .. that sort of thing..

The information that you provide will help me no end with a website I am working on.

A couple that come to me are "Do they have to be removed every so often so my nails can breathe?"
and "Can I remove them myself at home, if I don't like them?"

Can I paint them?
will my nail grow longer than the tip? ( yes I have been asked this )
How many infill's will I need before I have to have a new set?
Can I file the nails as they grow?
Is it true the white spots on nails is where you do not drink enough milk?

Where do I start :lol:

Why are you cleaning my nails? (cuticle prep)
What is that liquid stuff? (monomer)
How long will it take for my nails get back to normal after I have them taken off (this is after explaining that enhancements do not ruin the nails)
Can I remove them myself?
Can I buy some remover? (I do free soak offs)
Won't the tips drop off?
If they pop off can I stick it back on with super glue?they don't *&%^ pop off Did you see me use super glue at any time of your treatment?!!!:grr:
How long will it take?
Can I go out for a ***?
Can I use the toilet? (usually just after applying primer or nail polish)
Which one is best for your nails gel or acrylic?
Why did my last set (another salon) hurt?
Why don't you cut away my cuticle like my last nail tech?

Is the smell bad for you?
Why do you go on about cuticle oil so much?:lol:
Can I bring the kids? They are ever so good
Don't you get fed up doing nails all day? NEVER!!!
