Hello chaps
I've had a couple of clients come for a Raw Earth pedi and have had a crack across their natural nail across the smile line. I don't do enhancements so was wondering what I can do to mend it (if anything).
I seem to recall, years ago, that a nail tech used a teeny tiny piece of what looked like silk, and stuck it to my nail with nail glue. I have NO idea whether this is a no-no, though!
I am, of course, quite prepared to train to learn the best way to carry out a repair.
Thanks v much!

Fibreglass :D It's fab for natural nail repairs as well as being used for nail enhancements.

Ruth (Nailsinlondon1) offers courses, drop her a pm, she might know of somewhere closer to you too.

oooooo - scampers off to read up all about Fibreglass.
Does it need special curing/equipment?

Thanks!

There are a few fibreglass tutorials here on the site, click on Navigation, Tutorials, Nail Application.

There isn't any curing equipment, a spray and/or brush on activator is used to cure the product.
