new hairdresser needed please

Hi, My hairdresser of five years has recently moved from the area and would love any recommendations for a hairdresser in the Burnley,Padiham or surrounding areas that is really hot on bleaching/foil highlights. I am really nervous of just trying any other salon because I've seen so many friends have foils and they turn out a yellowy blonde not the lovely whitish blonde I've had. Any help or info would be really appreciated. Thanks J xx
