I'm doing Gel extensions at college...
Did these ones on myself yesterday.
All advice would be much appriciated...I still feel that although i take time in blending the tip i still feel that i can see the join even after i apply the gel...Where am i going wrong??? is it the tip?is it the Gel??? or is it just me !

I can't se the join, but do you use well-less tips or with well. If it's the last maybe you don't file the nail to match the tip? (meaning the join between tip and nail) That could be it.
Great nails by the way, keep up the good work. Only critisism is it looks like theres not much af an apex (I look at the right thumb) But otherwise very good.

can you fill out your profile abit more eg,what products you use etc... as this will help us geeks give you the right help.
first of all the pic is to dark in my opinion to give a critique, although the glitter looks funky.
as with the seam the chances are it is your filing technique.there are some fab tutorials on here that can help you.
when i was at college my teacher taught us a trick and this was that when you think you have finished blending the tip spray on the sanatiser (i use nsi products) and the wet look you get is how the finished nail will look once you have applied your product.so if you can still see it then you need to blend it more.hths.x

its not really possible to say with that picture because the glitter topcoat prevents being able to see the detail.
