My full time job is nights for the past 5 years I work 8pm-8am
On my first day going onto nights, the night before I stay up as late as possible & slept on if I can until the afternoon, on the following days I sleep 10am-4:30pm, I find the longer I sleep the groggier I am for the night, on my last morning going into my days off, I go to bed for about 3 hours, it's hard to get up but I always make plans, or working part time from home il have an appointment scheduled so I have to make myself get up, with this I can then go to bed at 10/11 that night and sleep properly(like normal people), staying awake all day isn't an option for me, it's unfair on my family because when I'm tired I'm like a bear :)
