I use Emla for laser and it works a treat! Will give dr numb ago though! Where can you get it from?
 
i am a nurse and we use a spray before some injections its called ethyl chloride spray. takes about 15 seconds to numb the area, pt cant feel a thing when being injected. Not sure if its available over the counter though???

Do you use this for Botox or fillers?
 
hi i dont do botox or fillers at the moment im just starting out in this field. I was just suggesting that where i work...GP surgery..we use this product before some injections, its easier than injecting local.
Just a thought, I am in no way an expert in botox or fillers and have never administered any cosmetic products at all.

Yeah we use it in A&E for things but I'll investigate if it can be used for fillers etc!

Ive been a Dental Nurse for 15 years. im now doing my NVQ in Beauty. just thought id mention something called ethylchloride spray - its a spray we used to spray on patients before they have injections - it made them go numb so they didnt feel the jab. The therapist who did my perminent brows also used it on me :0)
Not sure where you can buy it in the beauty world but anyone can buy it from a dental suppliers. hope this helps Julie
