There is a little typo where you have Sienna spelled as "Sieena" in one place.

It sounds like a lot to give away to me, I'd never remember all that either!

I think you may find it easier to simplify things a little so that when people ask you about tanning parties it rolls off the tongue easily, that would be a lot to explain over the phone to someone xx

Make sure you keep a copy of that with your phone so you don't get mixed up.
Is this going on fliers?
If so then list the retail price for the tan extender and exfoliater on the flier so they can see the value for money:hug:
Would also put limited time only.
Make them keen to book you quickly:lol:

I'm finding it too confusing - I think you should simplify it - give the hostess a freebie anyway and give less product away (if any).:)

I also find it a tad bit confusing.x

Hi
Thanks all for your opinions.

How could i simplify it please.

I have spent ages on this, so your help would be really greatful.

Thanks

Hostess gets free tan, if she books 5 or more for the night she gets free top-up 7 days later?

Anyone booking a party on the night gets same thing!

I have simplyfied it a little.

What are your thoughts now on the offers

hiya, i do a simple offer on my tan parties, free tan to the hostess and £15 to the guests and that seems to work well enough for me, hope this helps xx oh and what do you put in your goodie bags??? xx

Ok i'm as honest as they come. The first thing I thought when i saw the list was 'I cant be bothered to read all of that'
I did read it though to help you out.
I think you have far too many offers that could confuse people.
I dont think you are going to make very much profit with all of the freebies you are giving away.
And not to sound harsh in anyway (i just want to help you) but it looks like you really need the business.

I also use Sienna. I charge £20 per tan. I say to my clients, bring me 5 people and I will tan you for free. Anything over 5 people- I tan the host for free and charge £18 per tan for everyone else.

You could bring a bottle of bubbly or something. I just think you are giving far too much away for free

Hi, i'm using the new summer time promo flyers with my own stickers stating spray tans at £18, host a 'girls night in' for 4 or more friends and receive your tan free.
My feeling is if we offer freebies or push the price down further then people will think that the product is cheap ( i have to force myself not to hand out free sachets) or that we were charging too much in the first place. Its easy to get frightened about not getting the bookings but we need to stay strong, a spray tan in the salon is £25 in my area.
Do you think im being foolish :?:
Feedback appreciated.

Heres something you could do

upto 5 guests - Host gets hers half price + free goodie bag
upto 8 guests - Host gets hers free + free goodie bag
Upto 10 guests - Host gets hers free + free goodie bag + free bottle of tan extender

Then just leave it at that

This is what i do with mine

Upto 5 guests - each get their tan for 14.00 host free
Upto 8 guests - each get their tan for 13.00 host free
Upto 10 guests - each get their tan for 12.00 host free + free bottle of wine

hthsx

Hi Kylieb, I jumped in and wrote a reply to previous before i saw yours. Good for you, your only down the road from me so if it works for you i know that it will work for me too. I pleased to see that your free tan is for 5 friends or more, that was originally my plan, but then i thought, what if she's only got 4 mates interested, plus i thought i'd be more likely to hook a small group of friends into taking turns of hosting a party on a reg.basis. Hows business for you?

Ok, I normally class a tan party as 5+ people, then the price drops to 16 pounds each and I take the hostess a bottle of wine (3 bottles for a tenner in most supermarkets and some of them are normally 6 quid!) I dont give the hostess a free tan. It doesnt matter if 5 or 10 people attend it stays the same, although I might give two bottles for 10 people lol

I find that people are more interested if they ALL benefit from the party rather than just the hostess getting her tan for nothing, whats in it for the others attending? If they all pay a reduced rate they are more likely to be up for it in my experience, otherwise they could get the tan at their own home for the same price as going to their friends party!

I used to give a bottle of moisturiser or something as the gift but then I thought about it and decided that the wine was better as it cost me less, they could all share it and I could still sell the moisturiser :green: Whilst I was giving it away no-one was buying it, they were just all getting it free for hosting parties!

I dont have any incentives for the guests hosting parties, they just all tend to take it in turns anyway.

This is just my opinion and what works for me, easy to remember too without having to think too hard when someone asks me!

Sorry I just wrote to you, not seeing this lol
It will work for you.I am jam packed. I have a few mobile clients in Caterham and I also work in the health club. All of my clients say they prefer to get someone to come to them as they don't need to go out and also that salons cost a fortune.
You should pass your details to me. I will pass you on some work if i'm jam packed. I can barely fit everyone in  xxx
P.s do you just do tanning? xxx

hurts my head to read! too much! simplify!
