Hey...lookin 4 opinions on the brand suntana, seems really reasonably priced. Too gd 2 b true?? :smack:

Tried the 10 & 12% cherry and chocolate - not together lol, only done a few tans with them but colour was nice, fade good and actually I have still got the 12% on after 10 days which is quite remarkable for me!

we use Suntana and the product, the smell is divine. My partners daughter is a big spray tan fan, she has used loads of different ones. I gave her a spray tan as an xmas pressie, and she is hooked on the coconut. Not only is it great colour, great smell but the fade off is good too!

I am very happy with this product and the quick delivery service. No I don't work for them, just a happy customer with happy clients:)

good company run by a good guy...so go for it

Now I'm the other side:lol: I tried them, smell is good enough to eat, but the guide colour was better then the developed colour, especially the 12%
And the fade of was quiet quick and quiet patchy.
I liked the tantricks original, didn't get on with the autum gold or the essence of summer.
Really like couture, but for clients who like a really dark tan they just don't do one dark enough.
I found Puri-tan, love it, goes on with a good guide colour, developes to a nice deep tan and fades of nice and even and slowly.
I've heard good things about Nouva tan and the price is good, better then Puri-tan, so I'm going to try it out on my usual vict, I mean volenteers:lol:

Hi I'm a bit of a spraytan solution ****, as I spread myself around, I use tantrick sienna x and suntana to a have a broad selection of colours, but I have to say I prefer suntana to sienna x. I think it's a fab colour very natural no red shades. Love it. Tantrick speakes for itself!!!:)

I love Suntana. I tried a few brands when I started out and fell in love with Suntana. It smells lovely, colour is good & it lasts well. I have had a couple of clients who have said it faded quickly on them, but everyone is different & most of my clients say they get around 7+ days from their tan.

They are also very reasonable priced, which for me is important as there are more & more spray tan techs popping up in my area offering lower prices so I like to be able to compete and I can keep my price low as the cost of the solution is so reasonable.

Dave who owns Suntana is a great guy, very helpful, when I've needed fast turnaround of a delivery he's always been happy to help me out.

wow you must have one big set of shelving in your salon to store all those goodies

Tell me how many different brands of tea do you keep in your kitchen cub bards :lol::hug:

Well clearly I'm in the minority, but I didn't like Suntana at all.

I tried all three in the range about a year ago on two friends and my sister. Both my sister and a friend separately came back two days later to show be how horribly their tans had faded and both had unpleasant looking "snakeskin". The other friend's Suntana tan was OK, she wasn't raving about it but didn't complain either, but she'd never been spray tanned before so had nothing to compare it with.

About six months go I booked a mobile spray tan for myself. She had advertised that she uses Tantrick products which I was quite eager for, but when she arrived she explained that she now uses Suntanta. Had I known that at the time of booking, I wouldn't have gone ahead, but I felt I had no choice. She used the 10% cherry on me. The colour wasn't great, perhaps I should've stayed safe with the 8% Coconut and the fading as horrendously patchy (despite great skin prep and aftercare).

Sorry folks but those several experiences with Suntana have left me knowing I'd never try it again.

xx

sorry to hear your experience with Suntana however if you dont mind I would like to pass comment on your Tantrick issues with the therapist you visited.

This kind of thing makes my blood boil where certain therapists use our brand name to hoodwink customers into them and then use a different brand completely...luckily in this case you were notified however many dont...if this had been the case that you weren't told your perception of the Tantrick brand would not have been good at all :irked:

What annoys me even more is when these dubious therapists do this but take our free marketing materials and use these to draw people in:rolleyes:

This is the very reason why we have had to clamp down with who we send marketing material out to...causes us some problems with those that are genuine .....such a shame that a few spoil things for the majority who do play fair :irked:

Sorry to go slightly off topic but grrrrrrr

hi colin, i really liked tantrick but suntana seemed very good 2, but lately i have had a few people going patchy near the end of their tan and thought it was to do with their skin?. After reading what others have said i`m not sure now. The cost diference doesnt matter now as i want a perfect tan for all. I did my training with you and bought the whole kit, it was cost that made me give suntana a try but when i weigh it up its not much diference as i have to double spray with suntana.

I use Suntana and love it. Haven't had any problems at all, lasts really well and fades evenly and beautifully. Have been tanning for around 8 or 9 years and this is the best solution I have tried. :D

we have tried suntana and loved the smell, I didnt find it lasted on me though (which is odd as I tan well and lord only knows how many tans i have tried and they last ages on me, and the cherry and chocolate lasted 3 or four days.

must be me..........

nice people, nice customer service. well worth a consider!
