Oh no I done an overlay on Saturday annd it doesn’t look too good now…the acrylic already chipped on few nails in the angles…what did I do wrong? Too thin? Definetly not too thick…oh its so disappointing!...I also put a pic in my album if someone would like and take a look!...pls critisize my work I need it so I can learn…
Now I feel I wanna do it again but she leaves a bit far and she is busy and Im leaving for 1 week this friday...Im such a perfectionist I cant think she has chipped nails now because of me!...

Thanks

You have to make sure you cap the free edge well and also that the overlay isn't too thin. As the natural nail has some flexibility it needs something stronger than itself to withstand that flex.

Go and thicken 'em up Hun!!

Angie is so right ... she may be rough on her hands too. Enhancements have to live in the real world.

thanks all...what is too thin and what is too thick?...

the first ones I done were def too thick...so I tried my best to go thinner...obviously went too thin...I have to find the right balance!...

I have a new client today! cant wait!...went to my b'friend play out (he is a dj) and handed out my flyers...and got one booking!...not bad!...

I will take a pic and try to do the as close to perfection as I can!:irked:
