Hello wondering if anyone could help me my client at the moment has bleach full head painted and has goldwell 10v on to tone but we now supply paul mitchel and we have posters up of i am colour with a girl with blue hair could anyone be able to tell me the formular in paul mitchell as im not completely sure on paul micthell toners and bright colours i stuggle with thankyou if anyone can help!!
