Personalised bags or labels for a promotional event

hi i need some help,

where i am we have a late night shopping night for xmas. its only a small town, the hairdressers below me hand out bag with pricelists freebies etc. so i want to do the same, but i want a personalised bags or labels as ive seen cheap bags on ebay.

do any of you have any recommendations of any companies that arent obviously going to break the bank?

ive already got mini nail files and pink organza bags with snow flakes on

If you go into vistaprint and choose the biz card section, you can use these as personalised gift tags.
I have chosen a snowflake picture to match my gift vouchers, and put my biz name and contact telephone number.

I then put a hole punch at the top right hand corner, thread some raffia through (you could use string, ribbon or curling ribbon) and secure it to a paper sandwich bag with handles (like the ones posh chinese put food in).

I'm using these as retail bags and also goody bags for my open evening on thursday.

I did the same last year but I sprayed an "OHM" onto it with copper spray paint.
