Hi all, I am new to this site but have already found it an invaluable resource - I am hoping you fellow geeks will be able to help with my queiry. I currently offer 2 manicures - Basic Manicure using CND Solar Manicure and Luxury Spa Manicure using again CND SpaManicure products. My dilemma is that I have been getting a lot of queiries with regards to manicure for problematic nails, although I think CND manicures are the best for luxury and pampering they dont seem to offer specific products for different nail types. So I am seriously thinking about offering a new treatment to my menu called Prescriptive Manicure but I am not sure which products to use - I am torn between Nailtiques and Jessica what do you suggest I do??

i use jessica they have treatments for every nail problem, i did a jessica day it was brilliant they really support natural nail care:)..xx

Thanks for that, is their training through The Natural Nail Company? as thats the only contact details I can find on the net for them.

Has anyone else used Jessica or Nailtiques?? Although I am edging slightly more towards Jessica as their products dont seem so 'clinical'

Hi, yes sorry its through the natural nail company i did the manicure hoping to do the pedicure day soon..xx

Creative do offer specific products for a prescriptive treatment, have a look in your catalogue.....AHA Cuticle Eraser, Rejuvinator, Ridge Out, Toughen up, Solar Oil....etc. Why not register with the CND website, they have all the products listed on there with a description of each product and its benefits.

I have used Nailtiques for 3 years and have never been let down by the products...which is probably why the formulas have won best product awards for about 8 years.
I find the Nailtiques prescriptive pad really useful. I fill it out and give to the client each time they visit. For a new client I give a take home goodie bag which contains the prescription, a brochure and samples which clients like. I have never liked to hard sell so I find this a useful tool as this way the client takes it home to read/try and always come back to buy.
Due to the results achieved with the products my manicure data base built up very quickly as clients return for regular treatments as maintenance.
The manicure itself is very simple and takes around 40 minutes. This is because you work on both hands at the same time. This means that it can be promoted for lunchtime trade for us ladies that are dieting and trying NOT to lunch

Do you know who distributes Nailtiques in the UK? I can only find a US site for them online.
